About Us

Christine has worked with horses since 2002 when she had a part-lease on her first horse, Holly, and worked as a groom at the facility where she was boarded.

In 2005, she took a full-lease with Maggie, who she trained while continuing to work as a groom.

In 2010 she took ownership of Oscar, a 11 month old paint horse, who she continues to own, ride and train today.

In 2017, she started Touch Point Riding Services to formalize her dreams of teaching riders and training horses.

Christine is supported by her husband Ian, acting as book keeper, photographer, webmaster, and all around nice guy.

He spends a lot of his spare time learning about farm life ahead the couple's move to the country.

The Farm

Today, Touch Point conducts horseback riding lessons at Hidden Acres Farm at 149 Barker Rd in Nashville, TN.  It is easily accessed by I-40 and Briley Parkway, nestled amid a residential community, right on the Cumberland River.

Our horses are boarded here, enjoying the quiet surroundings and our customers can benefit from the outdoor and covered arenas.

Our future home will be at our own facility called Touch Point Farm in Lebanon, TN.  We have 29 acres of land with plans to have both indoor and outdoor arenas, as well as boarding facilities.
